How does Laser Resurfacing work?
Laser skin treatments work by encouraging the skin to resurface and remodel itself. The laser causes microscopic wounds to trigger new collagen production, destroying old skin cells and encouraging the regeneration of new cells.
Put simply, our laser treatments work by 'tricking' the skin into healing itself, resulting in improved skin tone and texture, whilst addressing a wide variety of skin concerns.

Skin Conditions Treated by Laser
Lynton Lasers have been used in skin treatments for 30 years and with big advances recently, lasers can now be used to improve a wider range of skin worries.
Today our lasers are used to treat non-malignant pigmented lesions such as freckles, birthmarks and improve scars.
They are also effective with conditions such as laser treatment for acne, acne scarring, melasma, rosacea and vitiligo, to name just a few.

Tired of relying on topical acne products and medications that make your skin dry? Whether you're a teenager or an adult with constant acne breakouts, this treatment is your life saver!
Acne Laser treatment directly targets the overactive sebaceous glands, greatly reducing the total number and severity of active lesions. This lessens inflammation and the frequency of breakouts.
The light stimulates the production of new collagen to improve skin texture and scarring and can also reduce the appearance of red or brown areas of skin that are often associated with acne breakouts. The treatment reduced excess oil production, helping to prevent future breakouts.

Anti-ageing Laser Resurfacing - £100
Laser therapy is a popular, non-invasive treatment that aims to minimise the appearance of fine lines and deep wrinkles on the face. It can also tighten skin, and improve the look of shallow scars, helping to give you a confidence boost.
Laser wrinkle removal cannot produce the results of a surgical facelift, but it is a much less invasive procedure requiring less recovery time and which can reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles.
The effect does wear off gradually, so repeat treatments are needed to maintain results at least once a year.
The laser treatment focuses;
- Fine lines/ wrinkles
- Reduction of age spots and blemishes
- Post acne marks
- Hyperpigmentation caused by ageing
Before initiating laser therapy for any skin concern, a detailed and comprehensive consultation with our clinician is an indispensable step. This initial consultation is critical to ascertain your suitability for Lynton laser treatment. The patch test must be done 24hrs before booking the first session.
